As soon as the doctor completes your comprehensive evaluation we will provide you with a complete estimate, detailing what is the expected patient out-of-pocket portion, as well as any applicable insurance portion. Based on this information and the complexity of your treatment plan, you can decide whether to have same-day treatment or schedule your treatment at a later date.

Our practice is in-network with most PPO Plans and we also offer several other affordable payment options, including our in-house membership program “Gallery Dental Care Plan” for patients without a dental plan.
Our Gallery Dental Care Plan (GDCP) is a 12-month membership for patients without a dental plan requiring treatment of over $500. Our in-house plan includes most preventive services and a 20% discount in all of our other services for a flat annual fee. This plan allows patients to have a dental home they can come to on an ongoing basis for all their dental care without breaking the bank. Our patient care coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what types of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. We will make every effort to inform you in a detailed and comprehensive way about all financial aspects of your treatment plan and explain your options to ensure your ultimate comfort and satisfaction. We will go over co-payments, deductibles and other information, and will work with you and your insurance to make sure we do what’s best for your oral health the most affordable way possible.
For your visit, please make sure to bring your smile and your insurance card. If using your insurance for services, patient responsibility portions of the payment for account balances are due at the time services are rendered.
As a courtesy to our patients we handle all the paperwork and submit claims for services rendered to all insurance carriers. We also accept the assigned benefits and process insurance payments into our patients’ accounts. Our team makes a special effort to keep track of our patients’ deductible and total maximum for the year. Overall, you will find that at Gallery Dental we go above and beyond to make sure you receive the most out of your benefits every year.
While we have make each and every time our best effort to estimate your dental benefits, your dental insurance company may decide to apply your benefits differently, covering a smaller portion or refusing to cover a procedure. Should this happen, we will inform you as soon as we are notified by your dental insurance company and we will provide you with an updated treatment plan immediately. Patients are responsible for all charges not paid by their insurance.
All fees are payable on the date treatment is rendered. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVERY, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Debit Cards, as well as, Personal checks and HSA & FSA Cards.
Our Monthly Payment Plans have no upfront cost and no pre-payment penalties.
